Shannon Brown is an LA based writer and comedian. She began writing and performing sketch comedy in Philadelphia and did improv for a brief time before that.

Her unique brand of dark and silly comedy combined with a general curiosity for the strange has landed her writing online at Atlas Obscura, The Apartment Showcase, The Big Jewel, Ranker, Reductress, Bustle, and xoJane. Shannon also hosted Tell All Your Friends, the emo and pop-punk inspired variety show, at UCB Sunset with Joe Cabello.
