CARTOON: Second Hand Store

Tim Oliphant, also known professionally as Mr. Ollie, has been a working cartoonist and illustrator since 1983. His gag cartoons have appeared in such magazines as The Saturday Evening Post, Woman’s World, Ebony, Boy’s Life, The American Legion Magazine, Prospect, several educational and church publications, as well as many more national publications. He lives with his little black lab, Abby, on the farm where he grew up in rural Tennessee.
