Before becoming a professional cartoonist, Bill served in the Navy’s elite Special Boat Teams, with service in such places as Iraq. Since then, his work has been published in newspapers, magazines, greeting cards, calendars, and his comic “Spectickles” is currently syndicated worldwide by Creators Syndicate.
