CARTOON: Presidential Intervention

David DeGrand is a cartoonist from Texas. He used to draw comics for his high school and college newspapers but since then has written and drawn for MAD Magazine, SpongeBob Comics, The Simpsons, Garfield, and Uncle Grandpa among others. He is currently working on a graphic novel that he really, really, really hopes readers will find funny and exciting.
