John Papageorgiou is a locksmith, comedy performer and writer based in Fairfax, VA.
He has hosted a D.C.-area comedic radio show, Papa’s Basement, for over a decade, penned the comics “The Spookies” and “Dirty Tissues,” and his writing has appeared on The Interrobang, The Prompt and Strange Kids Club.
John has performed both stand-up and improv around the District, trained at UCB NY and the DC Improv, and both studied and taught at DC’s Unified Scene Theater.
Much like waxing cars prepared Daniel LaRusso for karate, a childhood of non-stop video gaming has left John’s hands uniquely ready for the rigors of writing.
